Return Policy

RETURN , REFUN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PAYMENT SECTORS:

Making payments online through PayPal, Debit / Credit Card or any other Online Platform are being facilitated with Online Payment fees i.e. 3% of Total Ordered Amount. However, if the order is requested for a return, the payment will be reimbursed with deducted amounts of Coupons or other Discounts Offer applied by the customer at the time of order i.e. the Final Total at the time of Order.

Further, any courier charges  “ if applicable” of return will be applicable according to the return policy which is as:

  1. In Case The Painting Is Not According To The Description Or Picture Showcased.

  2. In Case The Painting Is Damaged Naturally At The Time Of Delivery.

 

If the customer in UAE: 

If the return is requested on the basis of dislike of painting or size of the painting, the customer will need to inform the artist either by phone at +971 55 752 5545 or Via Email inquiry@amirroshdy.com within 7 days of the date of receiving the painting. After that period the artist has the right to refuse the painting return or refund or exchange.

If the customer is outside of UAE:

If the return is requested on the basis of dislike of painting or size of the painting, the customer will need to inform the artist either by phone  +971 55 752 5545 or Via Email inquiry@amirroshdy.com within 7 days of the date of receiving the painting. After that period the artist has the right to refuse the painting return or refund or exchange.  The courier fees or freight cost  -Door to Door- will be charged to the customer for the return. And painting must be returned back with the right packaging of the paintings.

All the Discount Offers will be Frozen on the total amount whether the order is accepted or return is requested by the Customer. The amount refundable will be calculated according to the amount paid at the time of order.

IMPORTANT NOTICEs:

  • Painting color or shade may differ due to studio lighting and photography.

  • Painting is delivered without a frame unless if it is mentioned on the painting details while the customer is placing the order.

  • In case any promotional coupon code is applied in any order and the return is requested, in that case, the discounted price will be refunded in full only after receiving the painting in the exact conditions when it was delivered.

  • Paintings are packed by the artist himself after the complete quality and damage check. And unpacked by the customer.

  • The Painting will not be returned, refunded, or exchanged if any damages result from unpacking, painting installation at the wall, framing, installing paintings outdoors, exposing painting to humidity, steams, direct sunlight, or varnishing, or any other reason that affected the original state of painting.

  • Certificate of authenticity must be returned with the painting to accept the return or the exchange.

  • The Exchange of the painting is applicable only for customers in UAE who will be of a similar value to the other paintings and if the original painting is returned with no damages as mentioned above.

 

2. Damaged Item, Wrong Item in Order:

  • If you receive an order with any wrong, damaged item or your ordered item is missing, kindly inform us at your earliest within 7 Days to our Mobile num +971 55 752 5545 or send an email to Inquiry@Amirroshdy.com

  • If the customer is in UAE, the Artist will inspect the painting at the customer's premises and will be collected and the artist will replace the painting or refund, based on the customer's wish.

  • If the customer is outside UAE, the Customer needs to send Pictures of the wrong or damaged painting, Via email inquiry@amiroshdy.com and plus any damage reports from the freight forwarder or Courier agency, to submit the refund and process the indemnification.
