Credit Cards or Debit Cards or Paypal or Applepay
We accept Credit cards or debit cards or Paypal as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your cards or Paypal to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. if any surcharge or service fees or exchange rate fees are incurred or deducted from your bank account that would be by your bank and not by our bank or not by our account with Paypal.
AmirRoshdy.com are not responsible by any means for any issues in delays in refunding the amounts to the customer Bank, once the amounts is cleared from bank AmirRoshdy.com, we shall inform you via Email or by Phone.
RETURN & REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just make sure to contact us within 7 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the painting is in the same condition you received it.
TO RETURN THE ITEM
Call on (+971-55 752 5545) within 7 days from the day your order is delivered to arrange a return or contact via Email inquiry@amirroshdy.com
In case of returned Paintings outside of UAE:
Pack the item in its original state and packaging. And must have a fragile label on it. For more details on how to packages, please contact us.
If the customer in UAE:
· If the return is requested on the basis of dislike of painting or size of the painting, the customer will need to inform the artist either by phone +971 55 752 5545 or Via Email inquiry@amirroshdy.com within 7 days of the date of the receiving the painting. After that period the artist has the right to refuse the painting return or refund or exchange.
If the customer is outside of UAE:
· If the return is requested on the basis of dislike of painting or size of the painting, the customer will need to inform the artist either by phone +971 55 752 5545 or Via Email inquiry@amirroshdy.com within 7 days of the date of receiving the painting. After that period the artist has the right to refuse the painting return or refund or exchange. The courier fees or freight cost -Door to Door- and Packaging fees will be charged to the customer for the return. And painting must be returned back with the right packaging as stated by the artist of the paintings.
ORDERS:
For multiple Painting orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Paintings that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be canceled from the order, by calling you in a proper way. If the order is through Cash on delivery then the payment will be deducted from Cash. If the payment is made through a card then the payment will be received in full and will be returned once the paintings are delivered to you. The amount will be refunded to your credit card.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders will be delivered within the 2 Business Days when the painting ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Friday except by prior arrangements. We cannot guarantee when an order will be delivered. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a proper way to avoid delays caused by shipping or painting availability.
We use "Cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

In the event a painting is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or any technical issues, AmirRoshdy.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for paintings listed at the incorrect price. AmirRoshdy.com shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AmirRoshdy.com will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AmirRoshdy.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
